PoTW: Frozen Hebe

As we wake up to a light dusting of snow in much of the ChesaDel area, let’s go back just a few months ago when the temperatures had a quick overnight change from a warm November evening to a much colder November morning. The fountain at Chestertown’s Fountain Park froze. Hebe, the goddess atop of the fountain, wasn’t able to keep the water flowing.
