REHOBOTH BEACH, DE – On June 28th the Art League hosted a Patron Party for the 2018 Cottage Tour home owners, sponsors, patrons and volunteers who make the annual tour a great success. The 160 attendees were an indication of just how popular this tour is. Featured artist Dale Sheldon presented attending homeowners with the framed original watercolor painting of their home. She also presented the Rehoboth Art League with an original painting of the campus’s historic Peter Marsh Homestead, which is always a highlight of the Cottage Tour.

The July 10th & 11th Cottage Tour will include seven exceptional private homes and the Art League’s Historic Homestead. J. Conn Scott, tour underwriter, has begun the interior make-over of the Homestead. Richard and Lisa Scott, along with Steve Bendyna, are blending modern furnishings and decorations to compliment the historical design in the first floor of the Homestead.

The self-paced tour takes place Tuesday and Wednesday, July 10 – 11 from 10 AM – 3 PM each day. There is free parking at the Rehoboth Elementary School at 500 Stockley Street and the Art League provides Jolly Trolley shuttle service to each home on the tour.
