Summit community Bank is pleased to announce Heather Bacher as a new Market President based out of Easton, MD.

Bacher attended Cape Henlopen High School and graduated from Salisbury State University with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in management and marketing. She grew up in Lewes, DE, and has spent the last 15 years on the Eastern Shore of MD. Bacher is a graduate of Shore Leadership and is currently attending Maryland Bankers School. She is very active in the community, serving as the current chair of the QAC Chamber of Commerce and the QAC Economic Development Commission, as well as a board member of the Mid-Shore Community Foundation. Bacher currently resides on Kent Island with her son, Ryan.
