Arts and Entertainment news is the major focus. While we will be publishing news from all of the counties that border both sides of the Chesapeake Bay as well as Delaware, Maryland Eastern Shore (Cecil, Kent, Queen Annes, Caroline, Talbot and Dorchester) is our main coverage area.

The Chesapeake Crier began as ChesaDel Crier in 2015. In 2023 it was renamed.
