The Kent County Arts Council has brought to Chestertown Heroin and Healing: An Exhibition Project. The exhibition is curated by Peter Brunn, New Day Campaign
One of the pieces of art is a self portrait of his Daughter, Elisif, who died of an heroin overdose 20 days after completing it. Next to it is a piece of art by Peter Brunn that invokes his daughter journey through anxiety and addiction.
The Heroin and Healing exhibition will be at the Kent County Arts Council through March, with a Sharing/Informing/Healing open-mic experience on March 30 at the Garfield Center for the Arts and the closing reception on March 31st.
