The Delaware State Fair announces the 2018 Job Fair. The Delaware State Fair will host it’s Annual Job Fair Saturday, June 9th, 9AM – 11AM in the Exhibit Hall at the Delaware State Fairgrounds (18500 S. DuPont Hwy, Harrington, DE 19952).
The Fair will be hiring for security, ticket scanners, maintenance, parking lot attendants and grounds cleaning positions for the 2018 Fair in Harrington (July 19th – 28th). Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
The Centre Ice Rink will be hiring personnel for the 2018-2019 season (8/20/18-6/3/19) including snack bar attendants, ticket sellers and skate guards. Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
Experience preferred, but not necessary. An appreciation for the Fair and a friendly personality are requirements of all the jobs at the Fair. Applicants will be required to work in all weather conditions with all kinds of people.
In order to be considered for hiring as a new seasonal employee, applicants should plan to attend the Job Fair on Saturday, June 9th (9AM-11AM) and submit an application at that time. Hiring decisions will be made at the time of the interview at the job fair. Alternatively, applicants can submit an application online at www.delawarestatefair.com/jobs.aspx. Once submitted, the applicant will be advised of the next step in the hiring process.
