With the generous support of Highmark Delaware, Easterseals is excited to introduce this year’s Keynote Speaker, Jane Hamilton MSN, RN. Hamilton is the founder and CEO of Partners on the Path. She has been a nurse for 40 years and a caregiver for over 20 years. The theme of the event is “Plan Today to Thrive Tomorrow.” Those interested in speaking with and getting caregiving information from aging and disability experts, community organizations, caregiver advocates, and support organizations are invited to register for the FREE full-day seminar and exhibits.
