Rehoboth Art League to Raffles Nina Mickelsen Silk Screen

REHOBOTH BEACH, DE – This year patrons at the 45th Annual Outdoor Fine Art and Fine Craft Show will have an opportunity to win an original silk screen by Nina Mickelsen, a Lewes, Delaware, resident and RAL member artist who is recognized for her graphic and colorful work with beach iconography.

The silk screen will be on display in the Corkran Gallery through the Outdoor Show. Raffle tickets are $5 per ticket or 5 tickets for $20. The artwork is valued at $2700. Tickets may be purchased in advance at RAL’s Henlopen Acres location. During the Outdoor Show they will be available at the membership booth and the front desk in the Corkran Gallery through August 12th. The winning ticket will be pulled at 4:00 pm on August 12th. To be eligible, ticket holders must be 18 years or older and include phone number, address, email and name on each ticket. The winner does not need to be present at the time of the drawing. Also during the Outdoor Show the Art League Homestead Docents will sell RAL memorabilia and artwork which has been donated by the Outdoor Show artists.

The show dates are August 4 & 5 and August 11 & 12. Hours are Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and on Sundays: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This year’s show, which highlights the creative energy of more than 100 artists, is underwritten by Jack Lingo, REALTOR.

The Art League provides two free off-site parking locations and the Jolly Trolley shuttle to take patrons to and from the Outdoor Show. The shuttle can be picked up at the Fresh Market on Route 1 and at Rehoboth Elementary School at 500 Stockley Street. The shuttle service begins at 9:45 a.m. each day and makes continuous circuits during the day.
