The second annual Wilmington Writers Conference at the Delaware Art Museum is on Saturday July 21, 2018. Using the Museum’s exhibitions on Wilmington 1968 and the civil rights movement, this full-day conference will include a keynote presentation and craft talk by poet and educator Yolanda Wisher, nine other sessions taught by area writers, a lunchtime book signing, and a panel discussion on writing from personal and public history. The conference is open to individuals of all ages and experience levels-from first-time writers to published authors. Tickets limited; sell out likely.
