Visitors from all over the world have enjoyed sailing and learning about the maritime history of the community as well the ecology of the bay and the impact of the oyster industry.
As a volunteer organization, the Nathan offers opportunities to learn to sail this historic boat; assist with wooden boat repair; help schedule and greet passengers; educate passengers on board; and work on administrative/computer projects.
