The Mainstay is Introducing in the Byrd Room:
An incentive to reduce plastic waste.
Effective June 1, audience members are encouraged to bring their own reusable containers for beverages served in the Byrd Room. As an added incentive, patrons purchasing a serving of wine or a mixed drink will receive $1 off their beverage when poured to individual’s reusable containers. Byrd Room manager Becky Byrd says, “We are getting serious about cutting down on the amount of plastic waste we produce and hope the discount will encourage event attendees to do the same.
Can we all drink to that?”
