REHOBOTH BEACH, DE – The Rehoboth Art League’s 35th Annual Holiday Fair—Fine Craft Show returns the first weekend in November to offer area residents and coastal visitors creative shopping in an historic setting. The event, to be held November 2 and 3, brings more than thirty fine craft artisans to the Henlopen Acres campus to showcase and sell their creative products. From ceramics to jewelry, and from wearable fiber art to glass, the Holiday Fair has something for everyone.
Community members will have the opportunity to stroll the art league grounds, visiting artisans’ booths in four different buildings—the historic Homestead, the Chambers building, the Paynter’s Studio, and the Corkran, Tubbs, and Ventures in the main gallery. Food and drink will also be on campus, courtesy of The Point Coffee House and Bake Shoppe, offering breakfast and lunch options in the Children’s Studio, and Dogfish Head, who will offer a selection of craft beer in the ‘Paynter’s Pub.’ Finally, the Rehoboth Art League will have raffle tickets available for Julia, Blue and White Robe, an original pastel piece donated by member artist Sydney McGinley. Tickets are $5 each or five tickets for $20, and proceeds of the artwork raffle will support RAL’s exhibitions and education programs.
Show hours are Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Entry is $5 per person for the weekend which includes one raffle ticket for a chance to win an item donated by participating Holiday Fair artists. Children under 12 are admitted free to the event.
