REHOBOTH BEACH, DE – Have you always wanted to learn calligraphy? You finally have your chance when you attend the “Italic Calligraphy with Pen and Ink” workshop at the Rehoboth Art League on Saturday, March 7 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This workshop is an introduction to Italic calligraphy. You will learn to use Speedball C-type nibs in a straight pen holder and liquid ink. In addition, you will practice basic strokes, basic lowercase letter forms, combining basic forms into letters, capital letters, numbers and finally writing words and sentences. All the supplies for the workshop are included in the registration fee. You can take your calligraphy kit with you at the end of the workshop. The cost of the workshop is $105 for members and non-members.
