In November Steve Atkinson, ShoreToBeFun Photography, opened a pop-up shop in Greensboro, MD for the holiday season. Just a few days after deciding to continue with the shop into the new year he was forced to close due to water damage. On Friday, February 10, 2022 he will be holding a reopening Open House, which also will be his first Gallery Show of his photographs, “Waters of the Chesapeake”, from 4 to 7pm at 103 W Sunset Ave.
All of the photos on display will feature Streams, Creeks, Rivers of the Bay’s watershed and the Bay. Along with canvas and framed photographs, all available for purchase, he will selling Note Cards and Mugs featuring his photos of Chesapeake County. The majority taken in Kent, Queen Anne’s, and Caroline counties.
When the shop opened in November ShoreToBeFun Photography was joined by Positivi-Tea, who will still be co-located in the shop. Due to a prior commitment Positive-Tea will not be at the shop on February 10th, however some of their items will also be on sale.
Both plan to be at the shop on Saturday February 11th and beyond.
Steve plans to have the “Waters of the Chesapeake” themed photos up through March, with a new theme to be announced in March to open in April.
