Delaware Division of Historical and Cultural Affairs will present a History Coffee Hour series beginning on Thursday, April 5, 2018 and running on each Thursday for four weeks. The talk will be held at the Old State House, 25 the Green, Dover, Delaware 19901. Program begins at 5:30pm

Historic Interpreter, Dennis Fisher will discuss how this life saving invention, developed by Dr. James Tilton came about in the 1700’s.
