Denton, MD – The Caroline County Public Library will host Eastern Shore native, Rhodes Scholar and New York Times bestselling author Casey Cep to discuss her new book, Furious Hours: Murder, Fraud and the Last Trial of Harper Lee.
Cep’s fascinating book delves into the true-crime story that Harper Lee tried and failed to write, about a serial-killing preacher, a vigilante who delivered him some rough justice, and the attorney who got both cleared of all crimes.
Ms. Cep will discuss Furious Hours, answer audience questions, and sign copies of her book in the North Caroline High School auditorium on Tuesday, August 20, at 6:00PM.
