In 2001 the newly launched schooner SULTANA and the PRIDE OF BALTIMORE II paired up for a casual sail on the Chester River the weekend before both vessels “downrigged” for the winter.
Nearly 20 years later the weekend has become one of the biggest Tall Ships Festival. Here are the two journeying up the Chester River to the newly dedicated Port of Chestertown Marina.
