The Church Hill Theatre, Inc. is seeking a contractor to remove the existing wall insulation material, and to provide and install spray foam wall insulation on the interior of the existing theater’s exterior walls.

Any Contractor submitting a proposal must attend this Pre-Bid Meeting.
· In the case that less than 3 contractors are available on this date, a new date will be scheduled.
· Proposals submitted by a Contractor not attending this meeting will not be accepted.
Proposal Due Date and Time:

Proposals received after the above cited date and time will not be accepted.
· Please make sure the sealed proposal envelope is marked: “Facility Wall Insulation Services”.
· Proposals received after the time and date above will be deemed unresponsive and returned to the bidder unopened.

The Church Hill Theatre is located in Church Hill, Maryland in Queen Anne’s County on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. The Theatre is housed in an art deco style building with a 75 year history. The theater is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and a member of the Queen Anne’s County Historic Sites Consortium.
The Church Hill Theatre, Inc. is now in the process of renovating the theater’s interior. As part of this process the existing fabric wall covering will be removed and replaced.
