REHOBOTH BEACH, DE – Come find your inner artist and register for the Rehoboth Art League’s “Getting in Touch with Your Painting Skills” with local artist Joe Terrone. This class is for beginners as well as more seasoned painters and will take place at the Rehoboth Art League on Wednesdays from January 19 through February 23, 2022 from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m.
This six-week class is open to students working in acrylics or oils. Each class will cover a specific topic such as drawing skills, color theory, composition, the importance of value and perspective. Participants will also learn how to read a tube of paint, what kind of brushes are needed, and what alternative substrates can be used. Individual instruction will be given to each student to help develop a specific plan for growth. As you advance weekly, you will become more equipped to understand and analyze your artwork. The cost of the class is $245 for members and $280 for non-members.
