An example of what a participant can create during the “Zentangle and Beyond” workshop – Contributed PhotoThe Rehoboth Art League is offering a “Zentangle and Beyond” workshop on Saturday, June 2 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Zentangle is a simple, step-by-step method of drawing repetitive patterns that is very meditative, relaxing, and most importantly, easy to learn. This workshop will expand on the concepts learned in a basic Zentangle workshop. “Zentangle and Beyond” will challenge participants with new patterns and also incorporate more mixed media such as colored pencils, gel pens, watercolor paints and 3-D embellishments. Local instructor Jamie Moore will teach everyone how to take their tangles to the next level. The cost of the class is $40 per person. Zentangle is a fun, soothing, portable, and personal way to be creative.
