ST MICHAELS, MD – Join the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum and marine mechanic Josh Richardson on Saturday, October 12, 2019 for a workshop on decommissioning your outboard motor for the end of boating season. From 9am-noon in CBMM’s Mill Street Workshop, Richardson, who has more than a decade of experience working in marine mechanics, will teach participants how to prepare and safely winterize their motors. The cost for this workshop is $40, with a 20% discount for CBMM members and registration required to cbmm.org/decommission.
CBMM’s Apprentice for a Day Shipyard Programs take place year-round, offering demonstrations, workshops, intensives with visiting master craftsmen, on-the-water experiences, and customized programming.
