Virtual tool sharpening returns to Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum in September

CBMM hosts a virtual tool-sharpening workshop.
Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum will host another session of its virtual tool-sharpening workshops, focused specifically on gouges and other oddly shaped edge tools.
ST MICHAELS, MD – The Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum in St. Michaels, MD is hosting another session of its virtual tool-sharpening workshop on Saturday, September 19, 2020 from 10am–noon.

The workshop will focus on gouges and other oddly shaped edge tools. By using grinding wheels and stones to sharpen your tools, practice and just a few simple techniques can help make them last a lifetime. The cost for the workshop is $10 for non-members and $8 for CBMM members, with registration needed at cbmm.org/toolsharpening.
