REHOBOTH BEACH, DE – April 21, 2020 While you are “staying at home” find your inner artist and register online for one of the Rehoboth Art League’s upcoming online art classes. All the classes are held on the Zoom Video Platform.
On Monday, April 27 from 10:00 a.m. to Noon, the Art League will offer “Exploring Watercolor with Gerilyn Gaskill: Spring Flowers” for beginner and intermediate painters. This online class is a watercolor demonstration and paint along. Gerilyn will demonstrate watercolor tips and techniques while teaching how to paint spring flowers. Then, while participants paint their own spring flowers based on photographs, she will assist with any painting questions. The cost of the class is $25.00 per person
You can learn how to “Draw Your Pet” on Tuesday, April 28 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. with local artist Myndi Smithers. During this two-hour “Pop-Up” online drawing class, participants will learn how to sketch their pets using photos and a simplified grid. This class is for beginners with basic drawing experience as well as intermediates. The cost of the class is $25 per person.

All registered students will receive an invitation by email the day before the class with a link to join the class on Zoom. To use Zoom you just need an internet connected computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone and a webcam or built-in camera on your computer as well as a computer microphone.
