OCEAN CITY, MD – The Ocean City Life-Saving Station Museum is excited to announce a “Meet the Author/Book Signing Event” on May 7, 2022 from 11am-3pm at the Museum. Author Ellen Knop Marshall will be signing her book “Our Favorite Vacation Beach: Ocean City, Maryland” and will have the book available for purchase. A percentage of the sales from the event will go to the Ocean City Life Saving Station Museum.
The mission of the Ocean City Museum Society is to inspire and support the interpretation and appreciation of the cultural and natural history of Ocean City, Maryland, the Worcester County coastal region, and equally, the historical role performed by the United States Life-Saving Service, and to preserve with subsequent mandate the 1891 structure that once served as the Ocean City Station.
