Salisbury, MD – Local non-profit organization, Women Supporting Women is partnering with Ocean Downs Raceway & Casino to bring an exciting new event to the area: Bourbon, Bowties, & Blackjack!
This upscale event will feature a decadent three-course, bourbon infused meal with special bourbon pairings, and the American Fundraising Organization (AmFund) will be present to host a silent auction featuring incredible trips in addition to WSW’s silent auction. WSW’s Event Coordinator Shelby Moore said, “We are so excited to bring a new and upscale event to the Worcester community.” Moore continues, “We are thrilled to be partnering with Ocean Downs and Amfund to put on such a fun and unique event.”
This event marks WSW’s second partnership with AmFund. The organization was a proud sponsor at Women Supporting Women’s 25th Anniversary Gala in November 2018 and generously agreed to return for Bourbon, Bowties, & Blackjack. AmFund has donated nine incredible, all-inclusive trips to auction off during this event! Highlights include beautiful Argentina, the Castles of Ireland, and even San Francisco & Napa Valley! Festivities kick off at Ocean Downs on April 13, 2019 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. In addition, WSW has partnered with Comfort Inn & Suites of West OC, and discounted hotel accommodations are available for Bourbon, Bowties, & Blackjack attendees.
