Winter has definitely arrived. The temperatures were nice this past week, but has fell to freezing. When I captured this scene in February of 2015, the area was in the middle of a cold spell. The Chester River was ice covered and there had been a recent snow fall. I was in Chestertown’s Wilmer Park when I actually ran the sign that I had seen many times. It was the first time that I noticed it said “No Ice Skating”.
